From Leominster take the A44 to Rhayader. When in the centre of Rhayader, by the monument, go straight on (signed to Elan Valley). Take the second turning left after the bridge, past the Triangle Inn and the playing fields. Go up the hill and turn left into New House Farm lane. The property is on the left in the yard.
